College Degree (Bachelors Level) in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics.
Strong reconciliation skills required.
Perform broad financial analysis of results of operations.
Skills in change management both in accepting change and leading change processes.
Extensive computer skills: Excel, Access, Word and the ability to maintain those skills as technology changes.
Work with limited supervision.
Influence the work of others.
Prioritize work when given multiple projects.
Effective oral and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of refining, marketing and transportation business processes.
At least 2 years experience with SAP or a similar ERP application. The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 3.
