Hello dear for Chief Information Officer there is no need of MBA degree. Withough MBA you may also become a Chief Information Officer. For Chief Information Officer you should need to complete a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a Related Field. Those wants CIO job they need to get Experience (and Credentials) in Project Management. They find a Specialty & Build their Technical Credibility. In other condiction if you are not satisfied with you degree then goes for MBA. If having spent time in job has gotten you interested in the business side of the company, then getting an advanced business degree of some sort is probably a good idea. One of the things that keep from doing this is often the time involved to get the degree. For CIO you may get MBA degree. There is correspondence MBA is offered by various universities which is suitable for you. Those who dont have the five years of work experience that most MBA programs require for entrance.
