The Department of Commerce, Christ University offers Bachelor Of Commerce (BCOM) program of duration 3 years.

Bachelor Of Commerce (BCOM)

The BCom programme provides a strong foundation level understanding of the functioning of business organizations, commercial transactions and various specialized operations such as accounting, finance and marketing and human resource by offering a comprehensive curriculum.

The three year BCom degree program is divided into six semesters.

It includes 35 core papers besides the English & Language papers. Finance, Banking and Marketing Electives are offered in the fifth and the sixth semesters.

Eligibility Criteria-

Pass in class 12 (10+2) is the minimum eligibility for applying / admission.

Selection Criteria-

Selection for the programme will be based on the performance in class XII.

Students applying to BCom shall give an undertaking that, they do not intend to pursue CA programme (The new pattern of CA programme enables article ship immediately after the CPT and hence students cannot attend the regular BCom classes).

BCom Regular Programme classes are held from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM.
