Kent Children's University is a division of the School Improvement Team at Kent County Council . this part of the division improving outcomes for children and young people though innovation and creativity.

Hello buddy as you want here we provides you information about children’s
university Kent as follows

Kent Children's University is part of the School Improvement Team at Kent
County Council Children’s University (CU) aims to promote social mobility
by providing access to high quality outofschool hours Learning Activities to
children aged 7 to 14

Learning Activities are as

Raise aspiration, selfesteem & confidence

Encourage curiosity and a love of learning

Enhance motivation and build resilience

Introduce new life experiences

Offer progression in learning and personal skills development

Children's University can support schools to:

Developing impact evidence around the benefits of young people taking part
in cocurricular opportunities

Enhance parental involvement in their child's learning;

Using integrated IT systems to monitor hours and participation in
cocurriciular opportunities both on and off school site;

Demonstrate and justify Pupil Premium or other budget spend;

Look at School Improvement Plans and utilise learning outside the classroom
to improvement attainment, achievement and attendance;

Improve the confidence, independence and readiness for learning of the
young people .

Michael Morpurgo(Chancellor)


Michael Morpurgo is an English author, poet, playwright and librettist, best
known for his work in children's literature.

He was the third person to become Children's Laureate and held the title
from 2003 to 2005.
