I am pursuing MCA 2nd semester from IGNOU now I want to take admission in sikkim Manipal university from MCA 3rd semester. So please tell me can I change of regional centre form IGNOU?

It should be submitted to your IGNOU Regional Center of your State.

Once the existing IGNOU Regional Center receives such request, it will transfer your files and all the records to another Regional Center where you want your IGNOU Records to be transferred.
