Candidates are required to apply in a prescribed format of Manav Bharti University for Degree Certificate.

Application for Degree Certificate





Fill in the application form in his/her own handwriting.

Candidate has to pay fee Rs. 1500/- for Degree Certificate and Rs. 1000/- for other certificates separately in Cash.

The candidate has to come in person to apply for certificate from the university and to show His/her Aadhar card in original during the submission of this application form.

Application form through post/courier or through any other person will not be entertained.

Documents Required-

Photocopy of all the certificates i.e. Matriculation, 10+2, Graduation (whichever is applicable) duly attested by Notary / Gazetted Officer.

Two Latest Coloured Passport Size Photographs

Original Migration Certificate from the Board/University of last qualifying examination should be attached.

Two A4 size self addressed Envelops (complete address with Pin code) and Postal stamps of Rs. 100/- should be pasted on envelop.
