Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India test is being organized by eight Central Universities together, for admission to about 250 Integrated / undergraduate, Post-graduate and Research Programmes in these Universities.

Participating Central Universities:

4. Central University of Karnataka

5. Central University of Kashmir

1. UG/Integrated Programs (3/4/5 years) [59 Courses]

2. PG/B.Ed/Integrated M.Sc B.Ed/PG Diploma Programs (1/2/3 years) [177 Courses)

3. MPhil and /or PhD Research Programs [92 Courses)

Application Fee:-
General/OBC Category:-
-Application fee. for One programme is Rs.500/-
-Application fee. for Two programme is Rs.600/-
-Application fee. for Three programme is Rs.700/-
SC/ST/PWD Category:-
-Application fee. for One programme is Rs.250/-
-Application fee. for Two programme is Rs.300/-
-Application fee. for Three programme is Rs.350/-


Paper Pattern:-


All Question Papers will be MCQ based consisting of:-

(i) Part A: Language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills–comprising of 25 MCQs

(ii) Part B: Domain Knowledge– comprising of 75 MCQs. This part may consist of three/four/five sections. Each section will have 25 questions. A candidate is required to answer a set of any three sections (75 questions). However, he must ensure that he fills right circles in the OMR Sheet corresponding to the question numbers attended.

(iii) For Admission to some Integrated Courses/ MBA/MCA/LLB/LLM or any other general course(s), only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs covering English language, reasoning, data interpretations/numerical ability, general awareness and analytical skills will be held.

(iv) The candidate will have to choose one correct answer and mark on OMR Sheet.

(v) Each paper will be only of Two Hours Duration.

(vi) There will be no negative marking.

Commencement of Online Registration: 14th March 2016

Openning of Online Application Form for All Programmes: 14th March 2016

Closing of Online Application Form for All Programmes: 15th April 2016

Date of Admit Card Upload: 06th May 2016

Examination Date: 21st - 22nd May 2016

Date of Answer Key Upload: 23rd May 2016

Date of Grievances, if any upto 05:00 pm on 26th May 2016

Corrected Answer Key ready: 03rd June 2016

Result Declaration: 17th June 2016
