I would like to know if there are vacancies available with Central Bank of India for the posts of Specialist Officer and if not then any other available?

Currently the Central Bank of India does not have any vacancies available for Specialist Officer, however the bank has following vacancies available with them and the last date of application for these posts is 5th December 2015.

The details of the posts are given below:

Recruitment of Counsellor of FLCCs (Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling Centre’s) on Contract basis for one year for Buldhana by Regional Office Akola (Maharashtra)

Recruitment of Counsellor of FLCCs (Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling Centre’s) on Contract basis for one year for AMRAVATI by Regional Office Akola (Maharashtra)

Incharge of FLCC

Age of the Applicant should be less than 65 years with sound health.

Qualification Required:

Essential:
Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC acknowledged University

Desirable:
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture officers converted to Mainstream of banking/Lead District managers and Faculty leaders/ Faculty members of Training Centres/Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience required:

Essential:

i) Applicant should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
ii) He should have worked as Branch Manager in any magnitude in a rural branch for at least 3 years.
iii) He should have flawless record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
iv) Must be well conversant with the local language.
v) Must have retired from scale III or above. Name of retired Scale-II officers may be considered for the post of Counselors/ Incharge for FLCCs only (Not for RSETI)
vi) Must be resident of Maharashtra State

The eligible Applicants will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.

The Applicant shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules
