I want to get admission in MBA Construction and Real Estate in University College of Estate Management so can you tell me the requirements of admission?

The UCEM MBA, accredited by the CIOB and RICS, is a leading specialist MBA that focuses on business and management principles within the international construction and real estate sectors.

MBA Construction and Real Estate

The programme attracts real estate and construction professionals from all continents, offering virtual networking and exchanges of experiences in different international contexts.

This programme is also registered with the Hong Kong Non-local courses Registry (NCR registration number 252666).

It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which this programme may lead.

This is a flexible programme delivered by supported online learning, that can be studied in any location at any time.

Duration: 2 years

Time commitment: 15-20 hours of study a week for 42 weeks per annum

You will study two modules per six-month semester

Entry requirements:

A Bachelor Degree with honours at lower second standard (2:2), or equivalent and three years experience

A Bachelor Degree, or equivalent, plus experience in a relevant field

A Level 5 qualification as defined by the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (FHEQ) Level 5 plus five years relevant work experience two of which should be at an appropriate senior management level
A professional qualification plus five years relevant experience two of which should be at an appropriate senior management level

And one of the following-

Grade C or above in English Language or Literature (Grade 4 for applicants holding newly reformed GCSEs in England) or an equivalent qualification

Grade 6.0 or above, with at least 6.5 in the reading and writing modules, in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test administered by the British Council in the Social Sciences academic module

88 or above in the Internet option, 230 or above in the computer-based option or 570 or above in the paper-based option, of the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) test

Grade C or above in Use of English at A/S Level

Application and start dates: 2018/19:

Apply by 6 August to start 3 September 2018

Apply by 4 February 2019 to start 4 March 2019
