Sir I want to know that what is the Cell and the Cell Organelles so can you please tell me the same in brief

Hey the Cells are the basic unit of life. The Cell Theory states that:

All organisms are made up of one or more cells and the products of those cells.

All cells carry out life activities ( require energy, grow, have a limited size).

New cells arise only from other living cells by the process of cell division.



The three main components of any plant or animal cell are:

1. PLASMA MEMBRANE/ CELL MEMBRANE

2. CYTOPLASM

3. NUCLEUS


The following organelles are found in both plant and animal cells.


1. "ER" Or Endoplasmic Reticulum

There are two types of er: rough er and smooth er.

2. Ribosomes

3. Golgi body / apparatus

4. Lysosomes

5. Mitochondria

6. Vacuoles

ANIMAL CELLS ORGANELLES NOT FOUND IN PLANT CELLS:

Cilia And Flagella

Organelles And Other Features Found Only In Plant Cells:

1. CELL WALL

2. PLASTIDS

3. CENTRAL VACUOLE
