Center for Development of Advanced Computing Conducts the CDAC Examination for Admission into the Various Courses offered by the Center for Development of Advanced Computing


Eligibility Criteria :


Engg Graduate in any discipline or equivalent (eg. BE/B.Tech/4 years B. Sc Engg./ AMIE/ AIETE / DoEACC B level etc).

PG in Engg. Sciences (eg. MCA / M.Sc. Engg, M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics, Instrumentation etc)

Post Graduates in Math or allied areas (eg. Statistics, Applied Math)

PG in Physics or Computational Sciences / Post Graduates in Computing or Management are also eligible provided they hold graduation degree in Sciences.
The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.

Examination pattern :

C-CAT has three sections (Section A, Section B, Section C) of one hour duration each. Depending on the course(s) applied by the candidate, h

e/she will have to either appear for just one test paper (Section A) or two test papers (Section A and Section B) or all the three test papers
(Section A, Section B and Section C). The medium of C-CAT is English.

Every section will have 50 objective-type questions of 3 marks each
