Here I am giving you some directions to get result of CBSE Class X Exam

Go to the official site of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
At the centre of home page click on “Results”
Now new page will open and at this page click on “CBSE - Class X Examination”
As you will click, Result box will open which look likes below image



Under this section, enter your detail at provided place
Click on “Submit” Button
You will get your result
