Detailed information regarding the Selection Procedure of Capgemini is given below. The recruitment process at Capgemini usually has 4 rounds: Written Test Technical Round Managerial Round HR Round Written Test There are 60 questions to be answered in 30 mins. The sections are: Aptitude Verbal Logical Reasoning For aptitude the questions are mostly taken from RS Aggarwal. Technical Round If you are certified in anything like Java certified, you will be asked questions on them. So be thorough with your concepts. Questions that are asked in this round mostly pertains to your Project, Core subject areas in B.Tech, Programming languages. Managerial Round You are tested on : a. Leadership skills b. Team handling skills c. Logical Thinking d. Stress handling e. Etc. HR Interview Some sample questions are: How much salary do you expect? Are you ready to relocate anywhere in India? Do you want foreign deputations? How do you justify getting that much salary? Are you OK with night shifts? |
