Canterbury Christ Church University is an Anglican new university in Canterbury, Kent, England. Founded as a Church of England college for teacher training in 1962, it has grown to full university status Postgraduate Secondary Initial Teacher Education The PGCE is a university based programme that we offer in partnership with a large number of schools who we work with on all our teacher training programmes, including School Direct and SCITT. Learning Outcomes The PGCE Secondary trains you to teach in both secondary schools and sixth form colleges.
