Please find below the Canara Bank’s Clerk examination syllabus: CANARA BANKS CLERICAL CADRE EXAMINATION SYLLABUS: 1. General Awareness Around 40 questions mainly covering current events as National Events ,International Events,Persons, Places ,Awards ,Authors .Economy , Science And Technology , Sports and Banking awareness and similar areas in General Knowledge. However the most of question (around 70% ) are current events 2. General English Around 40 questions mainly from PassageComprehension, Common Errors, Sentence Improvement,Fill in the blanks, Cloze Test , Paragraph Rearrangement and Antonyms and Synonyms 3. Quantitative Aptitude Around 40 questions mainly from simplification and few questions from Numbers system, HCF and LCM, Square Roots, Interest,Percentage, Average, Ratio and Proportion, Profit and Loss, Partnership ,Time and Work and Time and Distance, Number Series, Permutaiion and Combination, Alligation and Mixtures, Mensuration , Data Interpretation (mainly from tables and bar diagrams) 4. Reasoning Ability Around 40 questions mainly from Alphabet Test, Number Series Test, Odd Man Out, Analogy, Arrangement, Coding and Decoding, Blood Relation, Distance and Direction, Calendar, Symbol and Notation, Statement and Conclusion and Data Sufficiency 5. Marketing Aptitude and Computer Awareness Around 40 questions, usually 20 from Marketing Aptitude and 20 from Computer Awareness covering basics in these fields |

Friend I would like to tell you Canara Bank Clerk Salary is Divided Into :– Basic Pay + DA + CCA + HRA Cara Bank Clerk Salary Structure: Basic Pay Rs 7,200 (increment of Rs 400/ twice and once after completing 1 year service) Rs 8,400 (Rs 500/3 years) Rs 9,900 (Rs 600/4 yrs) Rs 12,300 (Rs 700 / 7 years) Rs 17,200 (Rs 1,300 / 1 yr) Rs 18,500 (Rs 800 / 1 yr ) Rs 19,300. Allowances: It include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance Gross emoluments: Approximately Rs. 24,429/- per month. Accommodation: Subject to availability. Reimbursements: For expenses in maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, brief case, book Grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility. Dispensary facilities: Apart from reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalization as per eligibility) RBI assistants also gets certain dispensary facilities. Loans and Advances: Granted at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education, Consumer Articles, and Personal Computer Governance: By the Defined Contribution New Pension Scheme, in addition to the benefits of Gratuity. Canara Bank recruits clerks on the basis of the Clerk common written exam conducted by IBPS. Eligibility Details: The candidate must be a citizen of India. Age: Candidate’s minimum age should be completed 18 years and maximum age is of 28 years. Age Relaxation: Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates – 5 years Other Backward Classes / OBC-Minority candidates – 3 years Persons with Disabilities – 10 years Qualification: Candidates have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation / SSC (old pattern) / SSLC/ 10th Std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent. Candidate should have proficiency in Official Language of the State / UT for which he / she is applying. Candidates possessing minimum Total Weighted Standard Score (TWSS) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS should only apply. |
