Can I join AMIE after doing diploma in automobile?

I have completed my doing diploma in automobile? I want to join the AMIE? Please tell me what is eligibility required for the AMIE exam? Also tell me about its syllabus? Tell me from where I can download its prospectus?

The AMIE ( Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers ). It is degree level exam in Engineering. The applicants who have successfully completed AMIE will get the equal job options as well as higher education just like B.tech and BE holders.

Eligibility:

The applicants who have completed recognized 3-year Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent in any branch of engineering.(No marks restriction)

OR
+2/HSC/Inter with Physics, Chemistry& Mathematics with minimum 45% marks. If you possess any qualification higher than or equivalent to the above, still then you are eligible to apply for AMIE

DURATION
Another feature of AMIE is its flexibilityin completion time. However 6 years are available for clearing all Section A subjects and another 6 years for completing Section B.
