Eligibility
Only Indian citizens are considered eligible to apply for IIST B.Tech admission.

Note: For authentication of date of birth, only marks sheet/certificate of high school/first Board /or its equivalent exam will be considered.

The aspiring candidates should have obtained at least 75% marks in aggregate in Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.

For SC, ST and PD candidates, the eligibility criteria in class 12th is at least 65% in aggregate.
