As per request I am providing some details which may help you in getting admission in other university/college. I think some colleges and university cannot provide this facility to change college. But there are many university which give direct admission or lateral entry to the 2nd year student but under some condition like on donation basis etc. Procedure to change college: Get the Transfer Form from your University, Look for the List of Colleges for seat availability You Need to get Approval from your University, Your Former College should ready to Return your Certificates, Finally after Submitting your Original Mark sheets you will be Permitted to Continue your Studies in other University. Some college lists are: 1. College of Engineering ,Pune 2. VJTI, Mumbai 3. Walchand Institute of Engineering , Sangali 4. Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engg & Tech , Nanded 5. As you asking I am telling you can change your college after first year but you can only go to a college which is under the same university as their present college. Then you only have to take migration certificate any you can move. If you want to go to a college which is under another university then there are many problems which you will be facing firstly you have to take NOC and migration certificate from university that you are studying in.
