BSNL JTO Form

The BSNL will release the notification for recruitment on the post of JTO soon. So I want information that how I can fill the application form for that post? What are the minimum admission criteria to apply for the post of JTO in BSNL? Can you provide me offline application form for written exam conducted by BSNL for the post of JTO?
