Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed 10+2 (PUC/PDC) or its equivalent as recognized by RGHUS with science subjects (PCB) with minimum 50% marks.

A copy of the Statements of marks of the qualifying examination (10+2).
Original Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
A copy of the S.S.L.C / Equivalent Certificate showing the date of birth.
Students of others states should submit original Migration Certificate.
03 latest passport size and 02 stamp size photos.
A copy of duly attested SC / BC Certificate issued by Govt. Body, if applicable.
Conduct / Character Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended and a prominent person of your locality.
Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner with at least M.B.B.S.
