PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The interested contractors should furnish the following documents for Prequalification along with the tender document .

1. Having done minimum one work of 4.0 lacs. of similar nature of any public sector bank or institute.
Or

2. Having done minimum of three works of 2.50 lacs or more

3. Should have registration of sales tax, Income tax. (Enclose related photocopies of registration, PAN, TIN Number ) .

4. Enclosed copy of work order/completion certificates & credentials to prove for pre-qualify incaution.

5. The tender paper can be directly down loaded from the site & applied.

6. EARNEST MONEY : Rs/- 5000.0 as earnest money in favor of DGM Bank
of Baroda RAIPUR, Tender paper without appl icat ion & earnest money is liable to be rejected.

7. Last date of submission : 31s t October up to 3.00 PM & opening on same date at 3.30 hours onwards. to be submitted to DGM, Bank of Baroda,
Regional of f ice, LIC Building Pandri Raipur .

8. Total Time Period Allowed for Work Completion : 25 Days

9. Works other than BOQ will not be entrained for payments with out written
permission from branch manager, AR. Sunil Manocha & regional of f ice, Raipur .

10. Any of the item found sub standard of below specification will not be liable for payments, no deducted rates will be provided for that item.

11. for electrical works contractor should provide ‘A’ class contractor certificate.

12. Contractors have to provide balance sheet of past three years of his account .

13. Time period is essence of project no excuses will be entertained in regards of working, contractor have to perform the work with in time schedule other wise the penalties will be imposed.
