What eligibility is required for admission in B.P.Ed course offered by Calicut University, as I have done 12th 2 years back and now want to take admission in the B.P.Ed course offered by Calicut University, so is it possible? Provide me the syllabus of the course as well?

The University of Calicut is the Premier University in South India has ever kept a tremendous track record and a rich heritage in the field of sports and allied activities.

The university is realising the increasing importance of the physical education in the curricula of the school as well as higher education.

Three courses namely BPE , BPEd, MPEd had been offered through Centre for Physical Education , University of Calicut.

Only the BPEd course is being offered under Self Financed Stream.

Fee Structure:

Tuition fee Rs.10,000/- per semester + uniform fee
Admission Fee Rs.3,000/-
Caution Deposit 250/-

Eligibility:
Candidates must have any degree or equivalent as recognized by Calicut University.

Age:
Candidates should be below 25 years of age a

Candidates should be physically fit for daily heavy load of exercises.
Relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates & sports stars in AIU approved Games/Sports

Mode of Selection:
On the basis of Entrance Examination conducted by the University
