Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is an Indian state-controlled oil and gas company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Corporation operates two large refineries of the country located at Mumbai and Kochi

Bharat Petroleum operates the following refineries:
-Mumbai Refinery: Located near Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has a capacity of
12 million metric tonnes per year.

-Kochi Refineries : Located near Kochi, Kerala. It has a capacity of 9.5
million metric tonnes per year.

-Bina Refinery : Located near Bina, Sagar district, Madhya Pradesh. It has a
capacity of 6 million metric tonnes per year. This refinery is operated by
Bharat Oman Refineries Limited, a joint venture between Bharat Petroleum
and Oman Oil Company.

-Numaligarh Refinery : Located near Numaligarh, Golaghat district, Assam. It
has a capacity of 3 million metric tonnes per year.



Eligibility Criteria for HR Recruitment:
Academic Qualification:
First-Class (two-year full-time) MBA (HR) / MA (PM&IR) / PostGraduate
Diploma in HR/PM&IR from reputed institutes such as XLRI/TISS with
minimum 3 years of well—rounded experience in Employee Relations,
Learning & Development and Talent Management etc

Upper Age Limit: 30

Min. Experience (in years): 3

Relaxations:

Upper Age limit is relaxed by 10 years for the PWD (Persons With
Disabilities) category, 5 years for candidates belonging to the SC/ST
category and 3 years for candidates belonging to the OBC (Non Creamy
Layer) category.



Selection Methodology:

After scrutiny of applications and resumes, shortlisted candidates will be
called for a written test and / or Case study-based group discussions and
personal interview/s. Candidates shortlisted in personal interview/s will be
required to undergo a medical examination.

The final selection / Offer of Employment depends upon the candidate’s
performance in the Personal Interview and medical fitness as determined by
BPCL-designated Physicians and is also subject to fulfillment of other
eligibility criteria as applicable.

Pay Scales: 24900 – 50500
Approx. CTC Per annum (in lakhs): 11.5
