Important Dates:

WBJEE 2015 Online Application Form: December 30, 2014 to February 28, 2015.
Test Date: May 6, 2015
Result: June 5, 2015

Paper Pattern:

The Exam will comprise of three papers:
Mathematics (100 marks),
Physics (50 marks)
Chemistry (50 Marks).
Total Marks: 200
Question type:MCQ Multiple Choice Questions

Eligibility Criteria:

For Colleges other than Jadavpur University:
Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board with a minimum of 45% in aggregate (40% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC candidates)

Candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with optional subjects as Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects (Engineering Drawing / Computer Science) and must have passed each subject individually

For Jadavpur University:

Candidates must have passed class 12 with aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (55% for SC/ST/PwD)

They must have secured at least 30% marks in English (for all categories of candidates)

For B.Tech/B.E Marine Engineering:

Candidates must have passed class 12 and must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 60% in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2 from a recognized board
