I have completed my BCA and want to take admissions in the MCA course from the BIT Mesra? So I am searching for BIT Mesra MCA entrance exam date? Can you please provide me the BIT Mesra MCA entrance exam schedule for current session?

BIT (Birla Institute of Technology) Mesra invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to the 3-year (6-semester) Full-Time Master in Computer Applications (MCA) Program at Mesra and its Extension Centre at Jaipur, Lalpur and Noida for the session 2018-19. Important Dates 2018 Filling of Online Form Commences from: 01st March 2018 Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form: 30th April 2018 Last Date for Receipt of Printouts of duly Completed Online Forms at BIT, Mesra: 11th May 2018 Admit Card Release Date: 26th May 2018 Date for Online Entrance Test: 03rd June 2018 (Sunday) Declaration of 1st Provisional Selection List along with complete merit list on the Institute Website/ Notice Boards: 15th June 2018 Classes will commence From the 2nd/03rd week of July 2018 at all Centres Selection Procedure One will be short-listed for Admission on the basis of marks obtained in the MCA 2018 online entrance test One called for the verification of documents will be offered admission subject to fulfilment of the eligibility conditions. The waitlisted candidates may be called for verification of documents and admission against the vacant seats, if any, in successive rounds, as required. No separate intimation will be sent to candidates Exam Pattern BIT Mesra, Ranchi conducts an Online Entrance Test for shortlisting candidates for admission to its 3-year (6-semester) full-time MCA Program Test shall comprise of 120 questions to be answered in 2 hours. Questions will be of objective type with multiple choices out of which only one is correct For each correct answer, a candidate will earn 4 marks. For every incorrect answer one mark will be deducted. If a question has not been attempted no credit will be given The questions will be distributed into various areas as follows and the detailed syllabus is given below: Subject-A: Mathematics - 60 questions Subject-B: Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning - 20 questions Subject-C: Computer Awareness - 20 questions Subject-D: English - 20 questions Total - 120 Questions Depending on the number of candidates at a given Test Centre The Test may be held up to three-time slots at the Centre, that is from 09.00 am to 11.00 am, 12.00 to 02.00 pm, and 03.00 to 05.00 pm |
