The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences (TITS) is located at Bhiwani distric in the state of Haryana.The great visionary Padma Vibhushan Dr. G D Birla founded the institute in the year 1943 under the auspices of the Birla Education Trust. However, the institute started engineering courses in textile technology only in the year 1952. The institute is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak as well as recognised by AICTE, New Delhi.
