BHU PMT is an All India Level Entrance Test organized for candidates who wants to take admission in the MBBS and other courses available under IMS .

The BHU PMT entrance exam is mostly conducted in the months of May – June.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together.

For MBBS/BDS/BAMS: Applicants must have obtained 50% marks for general and 45% for general-PC Applicants and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST and respective PC Applicants .

For B.Pharm: Applicants must have obtained 60% marks for general / OBC and respective PC Applicants and 55% marks for SC/ST and respective PC Applicants

Minimum age limit of the Applicants in order to attend BHU PMT is 17 years.
Applicants s appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.

Paper Pattern

The Syllabus for the BHU PMT exam is:
Physics
Chemistry
Biology (Zoology & Botany)

The Exam will be conducted in two sections:
Physics 50 question
Chemistry 50 question
Biology 50 question
Zoology
Botany

1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer

Each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks

Important Dates
Admission form releasing date: 4th April, 2015.
Last date of form submission: 2nd May, 2015
Admit Card releasing date: 1st week of April 2015.

BHU PMT Main 2015 will be held on: 2nd week of June 2015.
