The two year LL.M program is a semester program, the duration of each semester will be of six months with the University Examinations at the end of each semester.

Admission in it is through an All India Admission Test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth University on the basis of merit subject to intake capacity.


Eligibility:

One shall have obtained LL.B. degree of any university recognized by UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for SC/ST candidates)
