Admission form appropriately filled in and signed by the parent with all particulars called for therein fully and correctly furnished.
Conduct certificate issued by the preceding institution wherever applicable and required.
A Photostat copy of the Birth Certificate in hold up of the date of birth mentioned in the admission form for the pupils of Pre KG.
A Photostat copy of the mark sheet in the case of pupils looking for admission to class XI.
A student passing the secondary or an corresponding examination of a recognized Board or University will have to produce Migration Certificate in adding up to mark sheet for admission into Class XI.
Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by suitable authorities for new entrants from Class I should be produced positively on or earlier than 15th June, failing which admission will be cancelled automatically.
