As you say that you are pursuing the B.Tech Bioinformatics from NIT Bhopal and want to do the internship. According to me the Java is best option. The demand of Java is more in the todays IT world. You can also join the dual course Java + android. After completing this course you can get the good job opportunities with good salary package.
