Hey as per my idea FCI Management Trainee Preparation is based on written exam and interview and here I am giving you details :-


FCI MT Exam Pattern 2015

The Written Test will comprise of –

One Paper : Paper-I only for the Post Code A, B & C and
Two Papers : Paper-I & Paper-II for the Post Code D, E, F, G & H.

Paper III and Paper IV for Post Code I {Manager (Hindi)}.

Selection Process:

For Management Trainee posts: Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination followed by group discussion and interview.

A written test will be held for selecting eligible candidates for these posts.

After the test, those who qualify will be shortlisted as per their merit. Then they will have to face Group Discussion and interview.

Manager (Hindi):- The selection process will be consisting of Written Test (WT) and Interview (I) for Manager (Hindi).
