Become Doctor after M.tech in Electrical Field

I have done B.tech and M.tech in Electrical Field and want to become Doctor so can you please tell me is there any way to become doctor after it?

As you have done M.Tech it is itself a big degree, if you want to become doctor after it than it is totally wastage of time still you want to become doctor than here I am giving you its eligibility criteria

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS
Candidate must have passed in 12th from recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Age Limit:
Age should be between 17 to 25 years

You have also apply for entrance exam of it which can be applied after 12th
