BBDU Result of BBA

My BBA First Year (FY) Examination Result is declared on website of BBDU (Babu Banarasi Das University), Lucknow but when I enter my Roll Number in Result section on Website of BBDU it shows that my Roll Number is incorrect so please tell me that what can I do?
