Hello ! as you want to do Phd from BARC in Chemical Science so for that here I am providing you some details:

Selection Process for Ph.D Admission :

Screening of the candidate shall be on the basis of the rank obtained / marks scored in the UGC-CSIR-JRF-NET.

Short-listed candidates shall be called for interview to be conducted in July, 2015 at the BARC
Training School, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai - 400 094.

Applicants called for interview will be paid bus/ sleeper class train fare.


Eligibility Criteria:-

Qualifying Deatils:

Those having M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Biology or related science subjects with minimum 60%* marks in MSc as well as in BSc are eligible to apply for Admission.

A minimum of 60% marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university.

Applicants in the Chemical Sciences should have a MSc in Chemistry with


Nationality: An Applicant must have a citizenship of India.

Fellowship for undertaking Ph. D. Programme :

Candidates should have a valid fellowship for undertaking Ph. D. work at BARC, available through the NET examinations conducted by UGC-CSIR, DBT, ICAR or ICMR for pursuing the Ph. D. work.
