Admission check list:

Attested photocopies of all Certificates/degrees of academics along with DMCs i.e. SSC/Matriculation and FA/FSc, BA/BSc, Master or equivalent.

Domicile Certificate

Character Certificate from the institution last attended.

CNIC or Form B of the applicant or CNIC of his/her father/guardian.

Five attested Fresh Photos.

Migration Certificate for students who are not registered with the University (after admission)

An undertaking on stamp paper duly signed and stamped by the 1st Class Magistrate (after admission).
