Recently my grandfather DEBIT_CUM_ATM CARD will hotlisted. So I want to replace the card. How can I do this?

My name is Ritesh Mathur and my ATM card has stopped functioning as it has became old.. so kindly provide me with the information that how can I get my card replaced?

Hi Mr.Mathur,
It’s a not big deal to get your old ATM card replaced. You can get your new card by following simple ways:
1.First of all check properly that your card really needs replacement or not?
2. After getting confirmed, you have to visit your branch in person to have the replacement
3. At the customer service window go and ask for a form for ATM card replacement
4. Fill the card with all the necessary details and sign at the below and you also attach an application with it
5. A new card will be issued to you after the form get processed and it generally takes 20 days so you will have to wait.
6. Till a new card will be issued you can do your transactions online or triugh cheque book.
# In the case you lost your debit card then:
1.Immediately Hotlist / Block your Debit Card. By
2.Email – PSS.Hotcard@fisglobal.com and/or
3.ECPSS_BOI_Helpdesk@fnis.com
4.Call – 1800 425 1112 (Toll Free)

5.Or if you are having Internet Banking facility with transaction password, login in your Internet Banking account and request for hot-listing of the Debit card.
