A proven track record of performance in the area of marketing of mortgage based business and development of new products etc.

b. A thorough understanding of the business environment & market potential available in India, UAE & other neighbouring geographies.

c. Excellent communication and influencing skills
d. Flair for building Sales Culture in the Organization & ability to create a dedicated sales team, direct, lead and motivate sales staff for high performance.

e. Strong analytical skills

f. Conversant with various rules, regulations & regulatory guidelines related to Mortgage Loan & other business in global markets.

g. Sound knowledge of international banking law / practice and products / services will be preferred particularly relating to India & UAE.

Maximum Age Limit : 45 years
Educational Qualification
MBA from Premier Institute having specialization in Marketing.

The candidate should possess a minimum experience of -5- years in the Marketing/Processing Mortgage Business for NRIs & Local Customers in UAE.
