Invoice approved by Department and Processed by FSU AP

Step III
FSU ERP/AP sends a file to Bank of America stating which cards to Fund

Step IV
Bank of America Processes A/P File

Step V
Bank of America Funds Card Number

Step VI
Remittance Advice sent to the Vendor via email

Step VII
Vendor draws down amount of invoices paid by Charging the Card Number

Card Processor

Credit Card Record and FSU Records Match
