State: Liberal, Marxian and Gandhian Views of State.
Welfare State: Concept and Functions of Welfare State

Unit–IV
Sovereignty: Definition, Attributes and Types of Sovereignty. 2. Theories of Sovereignty: Monistic and Pluralistic. 3. Electorates and Electoral Systems.
