No, there is no one criteria to get admission in 2nd year in B.Sc after diploma. If you want to do B.Sc then you have to take admission 1st year no other option.
B.Sc Bachelor of Science is an undergraduate course of duration 3 year.

10+2 or its equivalent exam in Science stream.
