Admission B.Ed colleges in Tamilnadu is given through the entrance exam that is conducted under single window system.

Eligibility:
Candidate should secured 50% of marks and above in part III of Degree examinations alone need apply for B.Ed. course.
Relaxation is given for SC / ST candidates as per the Govt. norms

How to Apply:
Candidate should appear in common B.Ed Entrance Examination

Candidate has to apply separately to the college where she seeks admission.

Tamilnadu Government as released notification regarding admission to B.Ed Degree course in Government and Government Aided Colleges in the state to the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University through Single window counseling.

Eligibly for Admission :

The candidates should possess the minimum % of marks in UG degree as follows:

Open category : 50%

BC/BCM : 45 %

MBC / DNC : 43 %

SC / SCA / ST : 40%

Age limit:
There is no upper age limit for admission to B. Ed. Courses.

Any student seeking admission to B.Ed course has to appear for the B.Ed Entrance Examination and has to apply separately to the college where wants to take admission. Reservation of seats for Candidates belonging to BC, MBC, SC and ST communities and handicapped (both Physical and Visual) and for widow and ex-servicemen is made as per the rules and regulations of Tamilnadu State Government.
