B.Ed Course Duration - 1 or 2 years

Will you please tell me whether duration of B.Ed Course is 1 year or 2 years??

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a undergraduate professional degree for those who wish to work as a teacher in schools

Generally the duration of B.Ed is 1 year but this year the state cabinet decided to increase the B Ed course duration from one year to two years

So from the 2014-15 academic year, the two-year B Ed course will have four semesters.

Until now, those who complete BEd were only eligible for teaching up to SSLC. But this new curriculum will equip them to be eligible for teaching plus-two courses
