Sorry, you can not do B.Ed after completing B.Com from School of Open Learning DU with 45% marks; bcoz minimum percentage criteria required is 55% marks.

B.Ed. stands for an Undergraduate Academic Course known as Bachelor of Education.

Eligibility
For B.Ed. course the applicant should have Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
