Re: B. Com Or BBM For MBA
It is true that both BBM as well as B.Com can lead to MBA. However, while B.Com can lead to a wide array of other post graduate specializations, a BBA degree on the other hand, can only lead to MBA. The Bachelor of Commerce is intended to enhance the ability to learn as the students study variety of subjects like Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies. This course equips one with the analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently identify issues, source information and to find proficient and practical solutions. After B.Com the students can gain exciting and diverse post graduate opportunities like MBA, LAW, International studies, Designing/Merchandising, MBE, M. Com, Finance, Economics etc which will set them separately from the crowd and prepare them for accomplishment in the global marketplace. The business takes them at par with the students having professional degree like BBA, Hotel Management etc and sometimes at higher platform if someone is from reputed college. All the majority universities and colleges in India offer B.Com degree, therefore, chances of getting into the course is higher. Bachelor of Business Management, on the other hand, is a professional course, and it is obtainable at few universities and of these, only a handful of colleges / institutes offer high quality course. Selecting the right institute is key to landing up in a good job. The BBA course is customized in consultation with representatives from leading organisations, ensuring that the graduate qualifies with an industry-relevant degree. Students get realistic experience, read assigned materials, attend seminars, and prepare an internship report. Students are expectant to attend leadership training workshops and conferences; including, but not limited to, public speaking, group dynamics, and problem solving, and evaluating methods. These skills not only assist to fetch a good job, but also, the students remain at an edge over others while pursuing MBA. So it is up to the individual to decide what course he would like to pursue between BBM & B.com as they both have their own advantages. |
