Andhra University, Visakhapatnam conducts Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) for admission into various Science, Arts, Engineering and Law Courses offered in Campus Colleges of Andhra University (AU), Visakhapatnam, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (BRAU), Srikakulam, P.G. Centres, and Colleges affiliated to AU & BRAU offering P.G.Courses.

The question paper consists of objective type questions.

The candidates have to choose the right answer out of the four given options.

Duration of exam is one hour.

In the paper, all the 90 questions are divided into three parts:

Part A (40 questions of 40 marks)

Part B (30 questions of 30 marks)

Part C (20 questions of 20 marks)

There is a provision of negative marking, that is, one-fourth mark is deducted for each wrong answer given by the candidates.

M.Sc. (Tech)
Electronics & Instrumentation, VLSI Design and DSP& ESD, Geophysics, Applied Geology etc.

Master of Arts (M.A) & Special education subjects
Knowledge of all the basics and theories of the relevant subjects up to graduation level is necessary for these subjects.
