Dr. Green is an American economist who recently lived in Asia since the mid-1980s. He offers his services as an economist on the U.S. Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. and as a tenured professor of economics at Hosei University, Tokyo.

He was a Research Fellow at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila from 2009-2012.
From most of the last two decades he worked at the Asian Development Bank.
