A copy of valid passport (international applicant)
A copy of Thai ID and Home Registration (Thai applicant)
English Proficiency score: 500 or higher on the TOEFL or 5.0 or higher for IELTS or 82 or higher for MTELP
One recent photo 3x4 cm
A current medical certificate
A non refundable application fee of 300 THB
