I am planning to apply for the Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board ASRB Combined ARS and NET (Prel.) Exam. Will you tell what the eligibility to apply for Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board ASRB Combined ARS and NET (Prel.) Exam also tell pattern of exam?

Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board ASRB Combined ARS and NET (Prel.) Exam is conducted by The Agriculture Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) to decide the eligibility for Lecturers/Assistant professors by the State Agriculture Universities (SAUs)/ Agricultural Universities (AUs) and to decide the eligible candidates for ARS (Main) Examination. Eligibility Criteria 1. Educational Qualification For ASRB ARS & NET (Prel.) Exam a candidate must have a Master's degree or equivalent in the concerned subject 2. Age For ARS 21-32 Years (Age relaxation as per the rules) For NET Minimum 21 Years (No upper age limit) Exam pattern: Priliminary Exam Subject Type of Questions M.Marks Timming Respective Professional Subject Objective Type 150 2 Hrs. Note:1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in Prelim ARS Examination. This is a Qualifying exam and marks scored will not be counted for final selection. Main Exam Main Exam consists of three parts as given below: Subject Type of Questions No of Questions M.Marks Timming Part A Very short answer type of question<10 words 40 80 3 Hrs. Part B Short Answer type of question 1 or 2 paragraph 20 100 Part C Essay type or discriptive type 6 60 Total 240 Note: Answers are required to be written in the space provided below the question. In no case extra sheets will be provided. Viva Voca: 60 Marks ASRB ARS & NET Exam Dates ARS Priliminary Exam is generally held in the month of February every year. |
