I am good at sports and want to join Army. What must be minimum height and other body standards to get select in CPO level exam? Please tell.

As you want to know about the Army Entrance Fitness Test here I have mentioned some information for you: Army conducts physical fitness test at least twice per year. There are three events which measured: push-ups, sit-ups, and a timed two-mile run Test Sequence are: PUSH-UPS (2 minutes): Push-ups measure the endurance of the chest, shoulder, and triceps muscles. SIT-UPS (2 minutes): This event measures the endurance of the abdominal and hip-flexor muscles. TWO-MILE RUN: This event tests cardiograms (aerobic) endurance and the endurance of the leg muscles. |

Test Male Female Beep test Level 10.2 Level 8.1 Sit-ups 50 in two minutes 50 in two minutes Press-ups 44 in two minutes 21 in two minutes SOLDIER FITNESS STANDARDS: Test : Static lift Jerry can test 2.4km (1.5 mile) run For more information I am attaching a word file with it .. |
