Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) for B.Arch programmes will be conducted at seven zonal Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The interested and eligible candidates must register themselves on the JEE (Advanced) portal. Eligibility: Class 12 examination: Only those candidates can apply for JEE (Advanced) 2015, who appeared for Class 12 examination JEE (Main): The candidates who will meet the cut-off will only be eligible for appearing in JEE (Advanced). The percentage of the candidates who will be selected for various categories will be: 50 per cent for general, 27 per cent for OBC-NCL, 15 per cent for SC and 7.5 per cent for ST Age limit: The candidate must not exceed the age limit of 25 years. Exam pattern: Paper 1 for JEE (Advanced) will be held from 9 am to 12 pm and Paper 2 will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. The candidates will appear for two question papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2 Both question papers will consist of three sections based on; Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics The questions papers will have both multiple choice questions (objective questions) and numerical answer type questions (subjective type questions). The question paper will be devised to test the comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of the candidates. Paper 1: Section 1: The section consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Section 2: It consists of MCIT (integer choice type) questions. Paper 2: Section 1: The section consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Section 2: The section consists of Comprehension Type (CD) questions Section 3: The section is based on MRMT (Multiple Response Matching Type) questions The marks will be deducted and awarded, based on the question types. |
